I love your song Memories Child!!
I discovered it through the X-Files : I Want to Believe movie...
I keep searching the internet and I can't find the version use in the credits of the movie.
The version that I've found has a slower tempo to it. Don't get me wrong, I like it but the theatrical version has more beat to it... where can I find it?

Really liked your last gig at The Pelican Dream. Bought your cd and approved it. But like it even more when you play live, really you play the guitar like you designed it, have nice lyrics that suite the music and loved the beamer. Look forward to your next concert. Greetz, Dave

Hi Jamison,
got an invitation from "Amper Elders" in Antwerp to come to their houseconcert on Saturday 23rd 2008 with you as "special guest". Might be coming over, idea of playing and singing together after the concert sounds thrilling. Just a suggestion/question: is there a list on your website with the upcoming "gigs"? Not just the general information but the venues and stuff?
May Belgian spring bring you and your loved ones joy!

Dear jamy,You probably still remember me. I'm one of the two guys you were talking to after your show in café rood/wit at Berchem(Antwerp). I must say you have a wonderfull cd of high quality standards. At times i thought i was listening to Badly DranwBoy and i guess that's quite a compliment. Feel free to give a sign when your playing at Antwerp somewhere in the future. Meeting you was a nice experience! Wish you all the best, GunT.

Dear Jamy, yesterday you gave me your record in cafe 'Den Hopsack'. What a surprise, such fine music. Beauty made with lots of skill and love. It moved me by waves. Spirituality and warm tender feelings all around. These songs deserve airplay and fine musicians to perform them on apt stages. Thank you very much, Pieter

It's a pity you weren't interested in SxSW a few years ago. There was an enormous and well-organized effort by Australia to showcase its artists, regardless of "fame" status. Since most touring musicians today have someone responsible for receiving and forwarding mail (whatever title that person is given), most mass mail does refer to artists in the third person. Years of advance planning go into both SxSW and NxNW; start thinking about 2008 or 2009 now.
Best,

On February 1st beeween 7:55 p.m. until 8 p.m.
Five minutes, not to save energy, but to
Urgent: action against climate change
On February 1st you can participate in the worldwide greatest action against climate change!!!
Various environmental organizations are asking the people of this planet to hold 5 minutes of silence:
Everyone should turn off all lights, electricity etc. between 7:55 until 8 p.m. to bring attention to other inhabitants, the media and politicians about the daily waste of energy.
An act which takes only 5 minutes, which cost nothing, but shows the governments that climate change should be on the top agenda of world politics.
Why this date?
On February 1st the United Nations is publicizing the newest results and knowledge base on climate change.
SO...TURN OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Jamison:
I have a nephew here in Canada, who is also my godson. His name is also Jamison Young. I was intrigued by a description of your music as a cross between Chris Isaak and Pink Floyd. I am a big Pink Floyd fan and took the opportunity to listen to a couple of your tracks. Nice work. When you get a moment drop my nephew an email and send his uncle's regards. My name is Francis Eyking, brother to his mom Jeannie.
Jamison's name came to me when I was visiting my sister in Calgary Alberta in the summer of 1981 when he was born. At that time there was a band in Canada called Jamison Booker. I didn't listen to their music but liked the name of the band and passed it on to my sister as a possible name for their son who was born that summer.
Enjoyed your music.
Jamison's email address is: jamisonayoung@yahoo.com
Could you cc me on your email? Good luck with the musical career.

Hey Jamison, this is the girl who was sitting there on the sofa doing her russian homework when you played at the naia cafe at uc berkeley. see? i told you i'd go to your page! you looked skeptical.
what i wanted to tell you was that i know the Why am i doing this? feeling of sharing your voice with a room of mostly empty chairs. i know that feeling like you put so much of yourself into your art and when you put yourself out there, you want to be able to leave the place believing that at least some part of it soaked into that room, that your voice coated another layer onto the walls. and it's hard to do that over the whirring of ice cream freezers and people giggling and such. but even if i was a lousy audience member, i really was moved by your music; even the lamest audiences still hear and feel you (the same way even a smile from a stranger can change a person's day). so thankyou for coming and playing, and i wish good things for you and your guitar.
love, sarah
